The video above was just the beginning to an in depth research project that I am starting in an attempt to begin to quantify user experience design.  Below is an infographic to illustrate the area I will be studying in the next year. I will be attempting to test my theory that the two primary behavioral influencing factors that effect how users nagivate websites are technological aptitude and technological patience.  By testing and mapping the average user for a given culture we can take the first steps to quantifying website usability evaluation.
